My sister visited this salon this week hoping to get a nice look for the summer, but the result was very disappointing. What shocked me most was how the owner handled the situation. Instead of showing professionalism or understanding, she made excuses. When someone is clearly upset about their hair, this kind of reaction is unacceptable. They did offer a free recoloring, which improved the result somewhat, but it is still not what she originally wanted. I visited this salon with an inspiration photo of dark brown hair with subtle highlights. Unfortunately, the result was very disappointing. My hair turned out much darker than expected, with a noticeable red undertone, and the highlights were done in thick, uneven stripes that looked very unnatural. Additionally, I left the salon with visible hair dye stains on my skin near my ear, which was quite unprofessional. No. Don’t go. Fist of all the service I asked for took less than 10-15 mins yet I was charged for 45 dollars… they completely ripped me off, I left looking the same way I came in. They were making fun of my hair when I was already in a vulnerable position with what was going on. I felt horrible and got ripped off. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE TEXTURED HAIR.

They did a great job on my silk press. I have very thick 4c hair (low porosity, high density). And they were able to detangle(my hair was not too tangled), wash, condition, blow dry, trim and silk press my hair with no damage. I believe they also used heat protectant without me having to ask.
