Probably can just let the images do the talking. Constantly sitting at a 30% rejection rate on 'clean' laundry. Examples from this one week below. 70 sheets, of which 28 were rejected. Images of a dozen of those 28 from this week alone. (No refund for rejects either) edit: Switched to another service, down to under 5% rejected as the worst week in three months now. Unfortunately Image First bought out the local company that we had a contract through. We continued with them because we didn't realize that they are a garbage company with no accountability, an expensive lesson.
By far the worst experience we’ve had with a linen company. Our restaurant was delivered rags covered in stains & holes for months as well as bags of “clean” rags containing mussel shells and misc. garbage. Company did nothing to help until we tried to cancel, they tried to stick us with a multi thousand dollar contract fee and continued to invoice us far after service was cancelled.
