Really unfortunate. Had a great first experience and terrible second appointment, didn’t make it to the chair because someone forgot to block out time. Appreciate Erick for letting me know what was going on but speaks to the lack of professionalism.
Got my haircut and beard cleaned up by Wellington. Great job and great guy. I always use this place. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly.
