Picked my Bike up from Image Cycle llc today and after paying $208 for oil change and service inspection I found a smashed front fender! Without even ask employees about the accident, owner “Bryan” said neither him nor his employees were the culprit, WTF!!!I Moreover, it was raining when I visited the shop and the bike was all covered in water outside, remember the customized expensive hand made leader seat I just ordered? All wet!! Won’t return again. Now I am doubting about how trustable that service/inspection was.
Honest, fast, reliable and great pricing.
They've done my tire changes, oil changes, battery replacements. They diagnosed and fixed my broken water pump. When my windshield motor stopped working, they first diagnosed the problem, and then installed the replacement motor I sourced on eBay. Basically, I've been going there for everything my FJR1300 has needed since I moved to Loxahatchee. I've gotten excellent service, their prices are low, and they give good advice. I couldn't be happier. Wish every vendor I dealt with was this great!
