Actually know where the cars they advertise on their website are! I wanted to see a Chev Cruze I was intrested in, 1st guy said it was out for a loaner,'come back in a week.' Went back then, nobody knew where the car was. May have went to auto auction or still out as a loaner, but they still had the title, so they took down my name & phone # & would call. Another week passed, went back they still didn't know where car was. And I NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!
We have now bought our third vehicle from Image Cars, because we decided to upgrade to a bigger vehicle to accommodate our family better. Each time we have gone to buy, ALL of the staff have been kind and accommodating. The owner, Amar, has ALWAYS gone above and beyond in helping us find the perfect vehicle, and making repairs we were requested before purchasing. Should we ever need or decide to change vehicles again, we will DEFINITELY go back and buy from Amar.
Bought car as replacement for a totalled vehicle, 2 months later engine fails and no warranty to cover it. Sold as is.
