I am the last person to ever write a review, nonetheless a bad review, but I am so disgusted with this practice. I called 3 times in the past year for sick visits and was offered appointments 12-14 days later. In addition, I had major surgery in March and never heard from Dr. Thompson, yet they put a false note on my account that they spoke with me and I was doing fine. This is a complete lie and totally unacceptable. The office manager agreed with me and said she would be upset too! Find a different doctor/practice!!
