For being in the Heath Care industry, they definitely don't CARE at all for their patients situation. I never felt more like less a human and more just another faceless animal in the pasture. It started with the receptionist being rude and passive aggressive when i tried to show my appointment paperwork that had all my info, name and appointment time, and said bring this to the appointment. Front office staff is very rude and unhelpful, claiming they can’t print paperwork needed for appointment that they are being paid for by a company. Witnessed the receptionist also be rude to a client on the phone. My suggestion, go elsewhere.
Very professional staff, friendly, thoughtful truly carrying from the Heart!! Puts the Patient/Clients needs first which is very unique. ### HUGE SHOUT OUT to Miss Nurse### (*ya know who you are*) Took me as a walk in even though office had just closed. So appreciative and grateful that you have qualities that are so rare. I can't express how thankful I am!! (*out of respect I didn't try to type your name because I know I would have butchered it*) thank you for going above and beyond and being an Awesome person
