Awesome Mechanics!!! Great customer service!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I had my son take his 9-3 there to get a new key programmed awhile back. While he was there they also took care of a recalled airbag in a very timely manner. I’m very particular about who works on our cars and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring go back. I’m very satisfied with the work they do and would highly recommend to any Saab owner. Thank you guys!
My experience with IM Autohaus is TERRIBLE. I bought a Honda CRZ 2 months ago and paid for its licensed plate, yet have not received it. When the first temporary plate was about to expire, I contacted the staff and they said there was an issue with my licensed plate, so they sent me the second one saying they would pick up the actual one soon. When I contacted them on Aug 7th, Maria, who said to be responsible for the plates, said that the issue was MVA usually takes forever ...Continue Reading
UNETHICAL! Drove all the way from Richmond to see the car. Agreed to asking price and offered to put $100 down to hold the car. Owner said no need--he would accept our word. Too bad you can't accept his. Failed to mark the car as sold before he left that day (unorganized, poor business practices) and then proceeded to sell it out from under us. Never called until we were almost there (drove 150 miles) that Tuesday to pick up car. Not willing to remedy situation, reimburse us for gas...typical used car salesmen! WARNING! WARN... read more
Business response:
A mistake was made between staff members and the vehicle was sold. The person working that weekend was unaware the vehicle had been put on hold. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we tried to reach out first thing Tuesday morning, the day your sales member was scheduled to deliver the car to you. Our sales team offered to pay for the fuel used for the drive but we would be unable to provide anything for lost time. We do accept that a mistake was made. We apologize for this situation.
Communication with their customers doesn't seem to be important. This is the second time I've brought my car in for a recall, the first time they told me when I picked it up the recall was only for Maryland vehicles and they couldn't do it. I asked why they scheduled me for the recall if they knew that up front? The second recall, they ran out of the kits, but "I guess the ball got dropped giving you a call . . ." Great way to keep customers. Thanks guys.
Business response:
We apologize for the communication issue that happened today. The Takata airbag recall effects many vehicles, and we are doing are best to take care of this issue in a timely fashion. Unfortunately we ran out of the kits and were unable to finish your vehicle. Again we apologize for the communication issue.
