I've been a pt of Dr Johnson for 17+ yrs and I have not had any issues with her, she takes her time ,listens to my concerns and answer all my questions without rushing.Now I gave 3 stars not because of her BUT their phone system has lost quality, it took me 2 days to get someone on the phone for an appointment, first time I called I was on hold for more than 10mins and the second time (next day) I was on hold for about 5mins, it was frustrating because nobody should wait that long for someone to pick up the line,I understand... read more
