would like to express my concern regarding my experience with Teresa at the front desk. I rely on public transportation and have to take two buses to get to my physical therapy appointments. Unfortunately, I missed the bus for one appointment and called to apologize and reschedule. When I first called, I was told to call back. I am a new patient I called this office multiple times. They kept telling me that they will call me for the appointment. This is the only Doctor's clinic that when you call for appointment they call you back for appointment. Every clinic they give you appointment t right away! Even though it's few months later! They never call I have to call them all the time. This is crazy I will call my Doctor and change my referral. Horrible.

Very good service ...the key factor is in your initial evaluation bring up your actual condition...what kind of treatment you need....If you know.....and what you expect from the treatment that you are requesting....stick with the same therapist if you want consistency .....
