Location and salon was clean. They got really offended when I asked about the pricing. I got the basic pedicure and the pedicure was mediocre (no massage and it felt rushed). I love getting nail art and I understand every place charges differently. After I showed her a picture of what I wanted, I asked for how much it would be. She gave me a price that I was not comfortable with and opted to just go with gel x with square nails and a design on my ring finger. I had a great experience here at iluxe. My nails look and feel wonderful. Jenny helped me with my birthday nails and did them wonderfully. She put so much time and energy into my nails and just made my day. I’ve had bad luck with nail places before but this place is so good!
I walked in 45 minutes before closing. There were no customers just three employees doing nothing. They refused to do an eyebrow waxing because they “were about to close” even though an eyebrow wax would have taken max of 15 minutes.
