Upgraded furnace and added air. Excellent service,quality and price. Just gave a referral to neighbor and told him not to waste time calling anyone else.
Iltens sent a tech out to fix my Lennox thermostat on a Saturday evening, fixed it, and filed a warranty claim for me and I never even purchased my Lennox system from them. Great Work! Thanks! Dave Lauer.
We had been having HVAC problems ( not cooling adequately/freezing up) for quite some time. Other HVAC firms could offer no solutions other than to say the air conditioner should be adequate for our house. We thankfully called Ilene's. They came and discovered a wiring problem with our system and they also added a cold air return. We now have a HVAC system like we should have had quite some time ago. * 2/25 Just called them again after two years and they found a bad sensor in about 5 minutes - I love these people! **Two years ago. Weekend work done to remove fancy, complex and failed computerized thermastat put in by another company (which would not come out on a weekend) Did a workaround and returned to replace with a regular thermastat. Very nice people and was shocked that the price was so reasonable.
