* 2/25 Just called them again after two years and they found a bad sensor in about 5 minutes - I love these people! **Two years ago. Weekend work done to remove fancy, complex and failed computerized thermastat put in by another company (which would not come out on a weekend) Did a workaround and returned to replace with a regular thermastat. Very nice people and was shocked that the price was so reasonable.
Iltens installed a new 99% furnace and a new air-conditioning unit. Very pleased with the quality of service provided with the installation. Pricing was very competitive with other quotes. Highly recommend the Lennox units that were installed.
Iltens is great! The service tech that has come to our house several times over the years is outstanding. It's great to deal with people who have mastered their craft and enjoy their work. I don't usually write reviews but this guy continues to impress me.
Called in the AM with AC issue, repair tech arrived in the early PM...SAME DAY! AC back on line. Iltens is awesome.
