Yoga was a new experience for me. Ilsa is an excellent instructor, she takes the time to explain the poses prior to doing them. She always says to do what you can each pose is not for everyone. And always says if it hurts don't do it,she will triy to adjust the exercises to address any health issues a student may be experiencing. She has a very calming voice and you truly feel renewed after final relaxation. I would recommend her as an instructor for anyone interested in doing yoga.

It is a great joy to attend Ilse's Yoga classes. She has a kind gentle spirit that is evident in all of her classes. Ilse is very sensitive to the needs of the class. Her classes challenge you and relax. I highly recommend from beginners and those who have practiced for years.

Can't say enough about Ilse' yoga class! She is so knowledgeable and is always learning so that we all stay safe and learn the newest & latest techniques. She is truly a gift! I have personally followed her from Heron Creek to her new location and will follow her wherever she goes!!

Ilse is the best. I've done yoga all over the country and she is excellent. Great disposition, very knowledgeable, always learning and improving. Classes are nicely adjusted to fit those in attendance. I go to every class when I'm in town.

I'd been away from Yoga practice for several years, but I still fit into the class! She has designed it so that anyone can fit in, as she carefully explained how to adapt the moves to accommodate our needs (e.g., I was recovering from a broken wrist and many of us were in our late 50s and 60s. I really enjoyed it, and now feel I am well prepared to attend a special workshop this summer that will include yoga practice.
