I am absolutely in love with ILoveKickboxing at Uptown Clt! The owners and staff are more involved with my fitness and well being than at any other gym I’ve ever been a part of. Every time I walk in I feel like I’m at home and amongst friends! Within the first 5mins I’m sweaty and already proud of what I accomplished! Absolutely love this gym! The workouts push me harder than I ever push myself during personal workouts. The staff is amazing and the owners are active and part of the kickboxing community. Overall this is an amazing place to meet your fitness goals and create friendships.
I’ve spent money with 6-7 different gyms with a wide variety workout structures over the course of the last 20 years. I have never been part of a gym with such a fun and energizing culture as ILKB Uptown Charlotte. From ownership to every member of their team you just feel valued and appreciated when you walk in the place. Aside from that the workouts are incredible and I look forward to it when I go! I highly recommend it!!
I’m always looking forward to the next workout. The instructors really want to help you meet your goals. Plus, this is something my wife and I can do together.

I have gone to several gyms to find one that motivates me and Ilovekickboxing in uptown Charlotte is by far my favorite!! I signed up for the 3 class promotion, which came with FREE boxing gloves, and have never looked back. The staff is wonderful and the workout routines are high energy and extremely fun. I recommend this type of workout to everyone!
