I've been to a couple of classes now and the instructors were so helpful! The class is fun and you really get a total body workout! I love the classes and can't wait to go to the next one -they are always different and so much fun!
I absolutely love this facility! I joined after my first class because it was that good. The staff is awesome! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive! You are guaranteed an amazing workout every single time you come. Workouts are great for people of all ability levels. Burn calories, gain muscle, meet great people, and get some stress relief. You won’t be disappointed!
Ilovekickbox Southington is my most favorite gym membership I have ever had. The workout is amazing, with a variety of strengt training then rounds on the bag. After a few week I both feel stronger and better technically. All the instructors are great, they really know how to teach the routines and motivate you to do better. They have flexible hours and plenty of classes to choose from. Would definitely recommend these classes to any fitness level, its a fun time and a great workout!
Went to my 2nd class tonight and I must say I’m hooked! Everyone is so welcoming and it’s a good fit for ALL fitness levels. If your thinking of trying and haven’t, stop thinking and sign up! Love love love ILKB ���
