RecommendedAfter doing my three trial classes, I signed up for a year of unlimited classes. The classes are awesome, trainers are friendly and motivating and it is a great atmosphere. I highly recommend!!
Definitely worthy of its name. I started in March, have gone down two sizes, got toned and seem to have better endurance now. I went up two sizes after a knee injury 3 years ago and now can fit in my clothes again.It helps that I see people I started with also get healthy and even assist in some of the classes. The instructors are great in motivating us do those burpees and come back more often. I’ve never been one to stick with an exercise routine until I joined this kickboxing gym.
Best place ever!!! Great people!!! I didn’t know anybody but now I feel like home!!!
