I’ve been coming to class 3-4x a week since February. Rich is amazing. He truly is passionate about what he does. I’ve learned techniques and work outs. I’ve met a great group of friends. At I Love Kickboxing it doesn’t feel like I’m working out! All around an awesome experience! I highly recommend.
Started coming mid February. Although its been a process to get back in shape, im loving how i feel after each work out. Rich and Brandon are great trainers. Appreciate them helping me get back in to shape.
I love and hate this place in a good way! It is a love hate relationship. Great workouts(hard and challenging) and good people! The new owner is best! He works with everyone and shows great technic.
