Finally a workout that I ACTUALLY look forward to instead of dreading! I love kickboxing class because I have fun, relieve stress, lose weight, and get to learn something new at every class! The instructors are so motivating and push you to achieve your goals! If you're on the fence about signing up - Just do it!!
Tried a million different exercise programs and this is the ONLY one I have ever felt motivated to stick with. Really effective and great environment
