The instructors are friendly and motivating. The workouts have similar structure but are always different. Non-intimidating environment and good for beginners and advanced levels. Definitely a great workout and very addicting!
ilovekickboxing - Corona is amazing. I hated working out but this place gets me pumped up and keeps me motivated. I I love working out now. All my co-workers and I are working out together. Can't recommend it enough!!
