They treat their customers terrible and lack professionalism. Go elsewhere. It’s overpriced and no better than any regular service.
This is my second disappointing experience at this salon, and I won’t be back. My first pedicure was terrible, sheer gel polish, terrible shape, left calluses on the bottom of my feet & it took well over 2 hours. The owner reached out & fixed it. My first visit to Illustrated was impeccable! I am so happy to have a local nail salon that offers a Smart pedicure. Alexa was thorough, kind and did such a wonderful job. My feet have legit never looked this good ever! I will be back with friends!!!
When you book the Russian manicure, you're getting the real deal. Tessa is a sweetheart and does an amazing job. I broke one of my nails 10 days after I'd come in (my own fault) and Liv fixed it in under 20 mins at no charge. Will be back!
If I could give 10 stars I would - Alea was amazing, I’ve been getting my nails done since I was a kid and she gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had. This is the first time I’ve loved my nails, no notes!! She was extremely nice and had such attention to detail + the atmosphere of this place is so welcoming. I got a simple French tip and I love it! I will be coming here and seeing Alea from now on!
