Went in to get my roots touched up and came out with white/purple hair and yellow spots on my roots. 6 1/2 hours later no hair cut or style done because it was already time to pick up my kids from school... smh. My previous girl did it all in 3 hours. I only had my hair completely ruined at this place. Im also having an issue with it falling out and now i have to wait a few weeks to get it fixed to avoid all my hair from falling out. Which isn't much to begin with. RecommendedThe only place i go for a haircut. I recommend Illusions. Saragoza is amazing!!! I have never been disappointed.
I just wanted to say I got a color and cut today and then carded for 21 at a movie in the same afternoon!!!!!
