The building looks great from the outside with its green façade, but it does have a few issues. The ventilation isn’t the best, so smells from other units and the hallway can drift into your place. Some neighbours on the middle floors were pretty noisy and smoked inside, and because the building isn’t well sound-proofed, it made things quite uncomfortable. Attempted to contact this property and the number isn’t even correct. The poor girl who owns the number doesn’t work or even know this property. Please change numbers immediately so I can contact this property. Also completely not safe areas. My person property (x2 cars) got damaged purposely twice outside this property. Would not recommend owning or renting one of these

NEWISH APARTMENT COMPLEX IN RESIDENTIAL WEST MELBOURNE Distinguished by its green wall facade. Good to see more buildings including a green (or living) wall as it adds to the streetscape in what can otherwise be a very sterile street. Close to amenities such as North Melb Station (5 mins walk), QV Market - 10 mins walk and the CBD 15 mins walk
