I’ve been getting facials and waxing from Ms. Toi since 2019, and I refuse to go anywhere else. My experience at The Den is always good. She takes the time to assess my skin, customize each facial, and explain everything, including post-care, so I always feel comfortable. She even checks in afterward, and goes out of her way to make sure I’m taken care of. She’s professional, truly passionate about what she does, and the only person I trust with my skin. Highly recommend!

I’ve been trusting Toi with my skin for almost 5 years and she never misses. Every visit feels like a full reset — she knows exactly what my face needs and delivers every single time. My skin is literally still glowing the day after my Corrective Facial and I’m already excited to see the final results as everything settles. On April 1st, I booked the NC Acne Corrective Facial with Skin Analysis (1 hour) for new clients, priced at $244, but my service was changed to a higher-priced option. I was told afterward that I had been upgraded to the 1 hr 20 min facial priced at $288 because my skin needed more hydration. However, this was not discussed or approved beforehand. I can’t express how amazing my facial was with Toi! From the moment I got there and laid down, I could tell she truly loves what she does. She’s incredibly sweet, attentive, and took her time thoughtfully analyzing my skin before giving personalized recommendations that actually made sense for my routine. I don’t normally write review but this was a must! When you first enter the Den you are meeting a very clean, serene, and relaxing atmosphere. Toi is a master at what she does. I have never had a facial like this before. As a new client she explains what each product is and what it does for your skin. As a new mother who is breast feeding she made sure the chemicals were all natural and not harmful to the baby! My skin looked radiant afterwards.
