Love this place! I experienced the deprivation tank and the steam bed. Can't wait to try the other modalities! Such a wonderful atmosphere for relaxing and wellness. Yoga is offered too! The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Recommend.

Illume was wonderful! I took the "Black Yoga" class in the evening and the noon Vinyasa. Black yoga was different from what I'm used to- an interesting class that I'd recommend for anyone looking for something different. Hillary pushed me to my edge with her traditional Vinyasa practice, she was wonderful. The studio is clean and spacious. Jen and her staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm excited to visit the studio again and try something new from their wellness spa. Thanks!

Just walking through the door of this place brings peace. And the calming energy stays with you long after you leave! Javier is an amazing masseuse and the dry pod was blissfully hot and detoxifying. The sound therapy calmed and energized me at the same time (you have to experience it, believe me) and the huge showers in the back were the perfect end to my first time here.
