Dr. Hurwitz and his team at RMACT is absolutely fabulous!!! With all the office locations, and doctors on hand, you are always able to get an appointment at your convenience! At every RMACT office I visited (Stamford, Norwalk and Danbury), EVERYONE is very friendly and nurturing! I would recommend RMACT to anyone undergoing fertility issues. They are extremely thorough in their diagnosis of whatever your problem may be and are reasonable and methodical in their treatment plans. Dr. Williams was my doctor and he was always so calm, upbeat and hopeful- even when my first IVF failed (due to my diagnosis, not due to any fault), Dr. Williams came back and put me on a very aggressive plan; no hemming or hawing like other practices I have heard about. Words can't describe how I feel about RMA...Everyone was truly amazing during our experience when trying to conceive. Both of my pregnancies were with RMA, and if it wasn't for these doctors, esp Dr. Hurwitz, I would not have my children. My son will be 10 in a few short weeks, and my twin fraternal girls are 7.5 years old! Time sure does fly and I am forever grateful to this team of doctors. They truly are the best out there!!!
All the doctors, front end staff, nurses and medical assistants were amazing. I unfortunately did not have a good experience with the PA at all. I was very disappointed that no one reached out to me after the experience to check on me. I also felt towards the end of my journey with them there was some lack of communication as far as billing and making my next appointment. In the end I did successfully become pregnant and I am beyond grateful.
