Our experience with Dr. Chung was very unsatisfactory. Office was impossible to communicate with. At hospital would only communicate my husband's post operative condition on public phone in waiting area. Had no concern for privacy. Found totally uncaring and unrofessional. When post operative problems presented seemed unconcerned and told us to go to emergency room. Very unhappy with his uncaring attitude
Yes, I would recommend Dr. Chung. His bedside manner is excellent.
Although Dr. Chung is friendly, he seems focused on getting patients/procedures done quickly. After referral by my primary care physician, I was expecting that he would be more informative about my condition and explain things more fully. Unfortunately, he gave one or two line answers and didn't seem interested in providing me with a little more perspective on the problem, next steps, etc - I felt like I had to pull information out of him....therefore, I would not recommend him.
He has helped in emergency situations several times !!!!
