Staff was rude to me (bride), vendors, and guests. Grooms changing room was full of wasps, one which stung my child. We had a low key wedding and reception yet they complained about everything we did. Toni stopped me as I was about to walk down the aisle (the rest of the wedding party had already walked down) with one of her many interruptions.
