Staff is great. And the appointment was long, about two hours total with 1.5 hours of waiting. Much longer than last year or year before. It was 8:30 am on a Monday. I had dilation and the exam. The latter was about 10 minutes total, interview and dilation in the first 20 minutes. The practice might be larger now, don't know. I will go back, just mentally prepare for longer wait.
Was referred to Illinois Retina Associates by a friend. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Dr Ryan did a full exam and addressed my concerns. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend Dr. Ryan and the group. Update.. went to the new office at Oak Park professional building 4th floor. Very nice and plenty of room. Love the Frank Lloyd Wright hangings on the walls to represent Oak Park. Dr Ryan and staff are still the best and give 5 stars!
I thought everyone was wonderful. From the very beginning we greeted. Everyone explained clearly what was next. Doctor Sabherwal was excellent in explaining my upcoming procedure. I felt very comfortable and felt that I could truly trust him.
Loved the new office, I was in and out of the office within an hour! It was the best experience.
