My visit was professional, timely, and informative.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Shepherd, my visit was quick. She was respectful, read my results asked me about my vision and if I had any questioned. Overall, I would recommend her family and see her again.
I had a great exeperience! This was my first visit to IL Retina. Everyone was friendly, professional, helpful and informative. I anticipated 2-3 hr visit, as notifued prior to the appt. However, I was checked in and had a very short wait to be seen. The process was quick, smooth and I was guided through on what to expect. Everyone at the Retina center were friendly,Doctor Sheppard answered all my questions about my eye health I left feeling good and informed.
Took elderly mother for retina exam. Dr Shepherd spoke loudly and clearly so my mother could hear and understand. She gave plain language descriptions and a clear plan for follow up. Very happy with the Doctor and the team that supports her.
