If you have Medicare or Medicaid, they do give a really hard time to have someone see you. Please train your staff on how to operate patients with Medicaid because my father needed shots to stop the bleeding and they told him his insurance was an issue on their end then we called Medicaid and they said on their end it’s fine, we called blue cross blue shield said everything was okay. Then they had to reschedule the appointment because of the Medicaid card(type of insurance) the shots needed further revision. They are playing... read more

I came back from Europe with a detached retina and required emergent surgery. I was referred by the ER doctor ( the most excellent Dr.Dave Manno and 2 extraordinary nurses’, Kim and Nurse Molly at Oak Park} to an ophthalmologist who then connected me with Dr.Susan. Needless to say I was worried about my vision. The moment I spoke with Dr.Susan I knew I was in good hands. She answered all my questions and reassured me everything would be ok. Excellent staff in office.

Ridiculous on how long you have to wait for a doctor visit. Got here at 1: 15 and I'm still waiting. I know doctors overlap appointments but this is ridiculous. And the weather is bad. Still waiting for doctor three hours now. Supposedly there are a lot of emergencys. Every time I come here it's a wait

The nurses are super nice and welcoming every time. Dr. Sabherwal has wonderful bedside mannner. Always has a positive demeanor and attitude, which I find refreshing especially if your not feeling great. He is attentive to your needs and what needs to be done. He is also very thorough when doing his examinations. I'm glad to be his patient.
