I chipped my tooth on Wednesday, and they were so kind. I was a Thursday work into a packed dental schedule. Very happy to wait until the dentist was free. My repaired tooth has the quality of a veneer and it’s was a composite ! Attention to detail and professionalism is extraordinary . I highly recommend this practice

Left numerous messages never received a call back. Called the hospital to put a call thru and they answered asked rudely if I had the direct number, I said I left numerous messages, gave my daughter an appt in december, but not with her dentist, she hasn't been there since february 2024.She said she would speak to her dentist to get an earlier appt. I’ve been trying to call them to schedule my sons return appointment since June 3rd it’s now June 9th I have called over 20 times left plenty of voice message not one single person got back to me! The phone will ring 3-4 times then hang up. Per dentist requirement my son needs to be schedule no later than June to finish up his work. But how is that even possible if no one answers the phone. My daughter sees a pediatric dentist here, who was very good, which is why this isn't a 1 star review. I have tried calling at least 5 times, leaving a message each time to make a return appointment. No one has returned a call in the last 2 weeks. The one time I got a person on the phone, she stated that they were unable to make appointments due to changing their EMR and to call back June 3. In the middle of my wisdom teeth extraction, the male attending on call Dr.Hanson behaved unprofessionally, acting immaturely while I was inadequately numbed. I started having a panic attack in response to feeling him drilling and for some reason he put his hand on my shoulder and I brushed it off because I don’t know him. He then decided to retaliate by saying verbatim “put a stitch in her and go home”.
