Called looking for a part my local shop said they may have. Phone was answered by someone in sales. I asked for parts. Got put on hold. At one point in the next nine minutes the line clicked and I was back on hold (assuming the call rang back to the salesman). Not one "hey my parts department is busy can I get your info and have someone call you back?". Nice to get a reminder of why I don't do business with any of the dealers in this dealer group. They were suppose to call me and send me some information via e-mail but never did ! So I never bought a bike . Dude talked a big game but never followed up . So I will take my business elsewhere . Friends have told me they received the same NOT SO SPECIAL customer service before . So it is what it is .
