This has to be the worst dealer in the state of illinois, from the service manager to the mechanics who work on bikes. I took my bike there in August for an oil leak and after leaving there I had a very bad knock in the motor. After 2 return trips back in the same day for the engine noise now some 1,000 miles later this cycle has a oil leak once again. Hmm makes ya wonder. Unfortunately I bought a lifetime service package so I'm stuck taking my bike there for routine maintenance but for any other service needed it will go so... read more

This dealer sucks! The service manager RB is a jerk! Doesn't know how to treat or talk to you. Will put parts on your bike that you tell them not to and wont look at problems you tell them about or do what they say they. Then its all your fault, not his. Then when you leave a comment in the owners corner on the website, you get no response even though you leave your name and email address. If I could of given it -4 stars, I would of!! Beware of this dealer GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
