I called this morning and got a same-day appointment with Illinois Garage Door Repair. Mykel arrived on time, was professional, explained pricing clearly, and replaced my broken spring quickly. Great service—highly recommend!
The opener is now making strange clicking sounds that were never there before. That makes me question what they actually did. It feels like the repair was rushed. I don’t trust their work at all.
The remote still doesn’t work properly even after they supposedly fixed it. That was the entire reason I hired them in the first place. Nothing was actually solved. I feel like I wasted both time and money.
We called and had someone out within the hour. Giza was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind and very professional. An amazing experience and would highly recommend to anyone!
