We just had a massive window replaced in our living room and we could not have had a better experience. Our salesman was great - friendly and knowledgeable. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. The installation actually took a lot less time than we thought, which was great! Everyone we encountered was extremely professional and we will recommend them to everyone we know!

We have had all of our windows and doors replaced by Illinois Energy. They are true professionals. Their sales staff are very freindly, helpful, and do not try to pressure you in any way. Their instalation crew is very quick, efficient, and when they are finnished, there is no sign they were ever there. (Excpept the new windows of course.) Everything they install has a lifetime warrenty. Our dog scratch up our patio door screen, and they came and replaced it the same day, for no charge. I do recommend them to everyone.

From the initial estimate, to the scheduling, installation, and follow-up, our entire experience was top notch. *** came out for the initial meeting and estimate for five new windows we were hoping to replace and was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and in no way pushy. And when we had follow-up questions, he kindly returned to our house the following day.
