We had a new door installed with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding and couldn't be more pleased! From the office staff to the installer, everyone was so professional and courteous. The door installation took one day total and my house was left as clean as when the installer arrived. I would definitely go back to them for my future needs!

My experience from start to finish was exceptional. I had old wooden windows that were starting to rot and wanted new white vinyl windows. ***** was very helpful and friendly in the showroom. Then ***** came out to my house the next day to explain the whole process, take some preliminary measurements, brought an actual window, showed me videos and gave me a complete quote. I had all my houses window frames replaced by Illinois Energy and it looks great. Had an issue with one frame but IE stuck to their promise of no payment until I am 100% satisfied and got the problem addressed with great skill and professionalism (thank you **** and team!)The quality and workmanship is fantastic and I recommend IE hands down.
