My sisters and I booked this service for my sister’s bachelorette in January and the sound and heat on the Trolley was excellent. Our driver Mario also was a pleasure to work with and happily stepped out on this cold night to snap a picture of the party. All 15 of the bridal party and I had a blast and we will keep in mind for future events 🥳!
I’ve been fortunate enough to have been on one of their trolleys for two events this year and their quality of service has been amazing. We had Mario as our driver for both of the events and he is amazing. Would definitely continue to recommend and use for future events.
I booked them for a winter bachelorette party and had a great experience. The company communicated with me at all times & the driver was kind and punctual. I would certainly book them again for another party.
The bad reviews are true : ( They also go by Illinois Trolley Company and the 5 star review you see on google is from the owner of the company. We rented the trolley for our September Wedding 2021 that was 88degrees. I reached out the week of and provided all the major addresses (bride/groom/wedding party pick up locations, ceremony location, reception location) and wanted to confirm their was a working A/C.
