The doctor (Dr. M.) pushed for me to have a spinal injection for my lower back pain though I expressed much concerns of it actually relieving my pain. The spinal infusion Injection was done and during the procedure I developed severe pain in an area that was not hurting prior. The pain was so severe I had to have them stop the procedure for a while. After the procedure I was in more pain than before the procedure and now with added pain in an area were there was none prior to procedure; which this new pain continues to exist... read more
Although I can't comment on the cost, I was disappointed with the hospitality and wait times. There was a lack of communication during my close family member's surgery. The appointment was scheduled for a specific time, but the procedure didn’t start until about 4 hours later. We had to repeatedly ask for updates, and eventually, the front desk closed since it was so late. Not a good experience.
STAY AWAY !!!! BEAWARE !!!!! SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY .....THIS IS THE WORSE PLEASE ....THE STAFF ARE TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ... ASHLAND LOCATION IS MORE TERRIBLE AND NASTY ...... PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PAIN MANAGEMENT SITE ....A LOT OF COMPLAINTS WITH THIS SITE AND ASHLAND LOCATION
