I contact this reality to be able to help my parents sale their home. They guided me step by step. Directed me step by step letting me know everything I needed to know. Took less than 3 months to put my parents house on the market. once it was sold. my parent and I were extremally happy with the results. They were available for us any day of the week, helping us threw begning to end. defenatly a realty company to go with. proffesional, reliable, and punctial.

Needed to refinance my condo and was getting a lot of different information by different banks. Luckily walked into this coldwell banker and dealt with Ryan who was helpful and able to help with my loan. Banking is a delicate process and re finanacing is even more delicate. Glad I found a banker who was informative and a bank I trust. Customer for life.

I really cannot say enough about Illia's professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. I brought my parents in, and they had 1001 questions, but Illia was able to handle them with kind patience. I really appreciate all that him and his office has done for my family and i really really recommend him to anyone who may be looking for a home in the coming future. i cant say this often, but his team really showed how much they care for their clients and have a genuine want to help them achieve their goals.

I’m new in town but Illia made me feel very comfortable and at eased. Illia also knows the area very well and help guide me to where I would like to stay.
