I am a long time customer and will continue to be until Ilka retires. She is so professional and so good at what she does. I have gone to multiple shops in Kitchener and Waterloo for waxing and sometimes I get burn marks or they are cavalier about getting all the hair. Not Ilka. She always checks in with me and ensures that her results are flawless. Amazing person and amazing service.
