Professional. Answered all questions.
I did not like the fact I had to charge 250.00 to my credit card for Orthotics, even though I have insurance and have met 100% of my ductable. They said once insurance sends them the payment then they will issue me a credit back on my card. This was not the case last year. Not happy! Is this common practice at other Podiatry practices?
I am very happy that Dr. Syed is my podiatrist. She is excellent and knows her stuff. The office is very organized and convenient. I would recommend her to all.
Very compassionate and professional. The doctor answered all of my questions and I was very comfortable with her.
