Dr. Pérez is an exceptional gynecologist. She is kind, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen to her patients. She explains everything clearly, answers all of my questions, and always makes me feel comfortable and respected during my visits. I went to visit Dr. Perez for my yearly check up since my doctor who I used to see was no longer in that office. Honestly, at first I was a bit nervous but she made my first visit with her feel so comfortable. She answered all of my questions and took her time with me. She is very knowledgeable and nice. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an OBGYN. She is great!
Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience while visiting the office. Just to clarify was not on the doctor’s Iliana Perez ends. The issue i had was only responsibility of the office staff. When I scheduled my appointment more than 25 days ago, I specifically explained that I wanted to see the doctor because I was having an specific problem that only have to be addressed with the doctor and because I was referred by another doctor to do a procedure or possibly a surgery.
