This by far is the worst hair experience in my life!! Let's start with when I walked in I was asked what services I wanted. I replied with wash, cut, and style. She didn't ask what kind of cut so I assumed the stylist would. The stylist proceeded to wash my hair and after blow drying it, she immediately started to curl my hair. I had to stop her and ask when was she cutting my hair. She needed a translator so the receptionist up front came back to explain that she thought I just wanted a trim.
