Really disappointing experience. The hairdresser burned my forehead badly and instead of apologizing, blamed me and told me to keep my head “the right way next time.” They barely listen to your preference, roll eyes when you say you don’t want something and were very rude overall. They also tried to charge me for a service I didn’t even receive and insisted that I did. A salon visit should be relaxing, but this was stressful and uncomfortable. Would not recommend.
A $60 silk press and it was not straight at all. I asked for a roller set and did not receive one. I washed my hair and its heat damaged in the front.
I have been going to Ileana’s for years! I started waaaay back when she had her smaller shop. I get everything for my hair done here, color, cut and washes. Iris did my color and it was beautifully layered. They even deep condition detangle after I wear braids. Wonderful staff with very LOW turnover.
Wow the rep Sofia is amazing, kind, and efficient!
