I have been a customer for 22 years and the past year it has been impossible to get the proper answer on changes plus the way there attitude has changed is incredible. Im in the process to report them to Statefarm for this is very unprofessional.

I went today - walk in - to clarify myself with my insurances and had the BEST advises given to me by Raiza Hernandez who is the Customer Service Manager ( I didn't know it).
