Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. We took a child and the assigned him to a woman counselor who is sloppy looking and wears slippers not good for a child with issue.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.

Their office was easy enough to locate. I didn't have too much trouble finding it. All the advice they gave me was completely unbiased. They didn't try to force their opinions on me, and gave me genuine advice that was in my best interest. I've always appreciated how great they are about getting back to me right away. Whenever I call I always hear back from them within a couple of days. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Did this psychiatrist rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Was this psychiatrist's office clean? It was satisfactory Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion Was it easy to find parking at this psychiatrist's office? Yes, it was convenient

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait just a few seconds, The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
