Ilana was great, so helpful to get me and baby learning how to feed correctly right at the beginning of my breastfeeding journey!
Ilana came to our house to help with breastfeeding a couple weeks postpartum after I was experiencing a painful latch on one side. Ilana showed me different positions and how to improve my baby’s latch. I was able to correct the positioning so I am now able to breastfeed pain free. Ilana is extremely professional, knowledgeable and approachable. I cannot recommend her enough!
3 years late of writing a review but thought about her & will have her again for my next baby. I’ve seen 2 other lactation consultants (at home & hospital) but didn’t seem to really help me much with my baby latching. The other one mentioned my baby could have tongue tie but I was skeptical of such term. Anyway, Ilana came to my home & she made me feel confident and comfortable with breastfeeding.
Ilana came to our home for a consultation when I was a few days postpartum. As a first time mom new to breastfeeding, I wanted to establish proper feeding techniques and prevent any bad habits from the beginning. Ilana was able to show us a more comfortable feeding position that relieved pressure from my c-section incision.
