I had my appointment in the Morganville office at 8am no one showed up! I called the office 27 times and couldn't get to a live person. I had to reschedule my appointment, when I asked the Dr what happened? he's answer was "O YEAH" sorry about that..and that was it... but low and behold I received a bill for $15.00 for a no show at the same appointment. I called and was told if I don't pay it will be sent to collections! Dr's are like deli's - "there is one on ever corner" they work for us!
Do not use this practice, all they care about is $$$$$$ Very typical overbooked dime a dozen Dr!
Dr. Waldman was referred to me by Dr. Arbes - it's amazing the level of care I received. Not only does Dr. Waldman listen but he explains and most of all his bed side manner before and after surgery was absolutely amazing. It is so refreshing to see another doctor who has an amazing caring and accommodating staff..well when the doctor cares so does the staff.. Thanks Doc!!
Dr Waldman has provided care for both my wife and I with the utmost professionalism and honesty. I completely trust his diagnostic abilities, and concern for our health.
