Dr Waldman was very nice. Took the time to listen and explain what he felt the next tests and treatments should and why. Office staff was friendly and helpful. So glad we found you!
He was a great doctor, explained my medical condition well, and recommended a good route to cure me.
Dr Waldman saw me in hospital for Kidney stones. He is kind and thorough. His office staff, especially Debbie in Eatontown, are EXTREMELY RUDE. If you want to be yelled at when schedule surgery, get ready. Multiple times in speaking with staff to be scheduled, she barked, and speaks over patients when they ask questions, condescending when you are in so much pain you cannot walk. Dr Waldman is wonderful. He is so kind and takes his time explaining everything. All my questions were answered. The office staff was so nice. I've never had any problems. I would recommend Dr Waldman if you are looking for a terrific Urologist
DR Waldman is a great Dr.He took care of my husband Robert when he had Kidney Cancer.It was a very hard time for my husband,myself,and both familys.Dr Waldman took the time out of his day to explain every thing that he was going to do so we could understand it. When I was at the critical juncture for choosing treatment, Dr. Waldman explained my options in a careful, concerned, informative manner. While he had a thought which I would choose, he presented information objectively and let me make the decision. All follow-ups over the past three years have been equally satisfying. He has my highest recommendation. I just recommended him to another.
I had my appointment in the Morganville office at 8am no one showed up! I called the office 27 times and couldn't get to a live person. I had to reschedule my appointment, when I asked the Dr what happened? he's answer was "O YEAH" sorry about that..and that was it... but low and behold I received a bill for $15.00 for a no show at the same appointment. I called and was told if I don't pay it will be sent to collections! Dr's are like deli's - "there is one on ever corner" they work for us!
