The crowd is surprisingly warm for the neighborhood, and the staff make dining here a pleasure. The 'pollo assut' and 'trippa dell'oste' are large-portioned and refreshingly different. Tiramisu and other desserts don't fail to satisfy either. Takeout and delivery options are available though they can't match the experience of dining at IL Punto.

RecommendedExcellent service, delicious food, cozy and nice atmosphere. I made it a point to come back here on the return trip to New York because I liked it so much. I highly recommend this restaurant. On a separate note, I hope the ladie's review who's below mine had her credit card issue fixed. If not, let me know because I'm more than happy to cause trouble and help you get a refund (grin).
Took my adult Grandson and his wife there after Knicks game. Close to Madison Square Garden. My Grandson found it on Open Table on our train ride in. We loved it. Atmosphere was great, as was the service and food. We had the octopus salad which was great. I had the sea bass and it was wonderful. My grandson had steak and his wife lobster ravioli. We truly enjoyed our meal and would definitely go back.
Amazing experience! Celebrated a birthday and the entire staff made the dinner so special. Authentic and delicious food. Will return!
Myself and party of 4 other people had dinner over two weeks and found the food and service to be good, however, my card was charged double the amount of our meal and I have been trying to resolve this matter for over 2 weeks and have not receive my credit on my card. I have sent emails and spoke to the manager several times. This is not the Customer Service I expected to receive. I was not the only one to have been over-charged that day.
