Best in class!
A Madison staple. If you haven't tried it then you need to go and check it out. I worked in fancy catering halls and hotels as my first jobs and anyone can tell that these servers are trained well. I wish I could give extra stars for service.
My husband and I consider ourselves "regulars" here. We have date night most Friday nights and rotate through all of our local restaurants. Il Goccino makes it to the top of the list more often than all others! The serviceand the food are consistently fantastic. This family run business has the nicest, most accommodatingstaff. Il Goccino is one of my very favorite Italian restaurants in Madison, NJ and surrounding areas (which says a lot because there are many). The food is ALWAYS prepared deliciously. The service is very prompt and very friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere the best of all because it is not huge and not too noisy (at least whenever I’ve been there). If you go I recommend the chicken Franchise and you MUST finish off with a piece of their chocolate mousse cake! You won’t be disappointed.
